THE HAND OF GOD

I bless God for the opportunity to add my quota in these two spheres; Ministry & Education. He has enabled me to teach at both fronts. It's a privilege I do not take foregranted. May His name be forever praised in Jesus name, Amen.

To this end, I had the opportunity of ministering today at the NEW BEGINNING PARISH OF RCCG, OGUN 8, MOWE, OGUN STATE on the topic: 

THE HAND OF GOD

Isa 41:13-16, 46:4, Deut.33:27-28

The hand of God symbolises God's intervention or approval of human affairs. It talks about His timely intervention in the affairs of men.

My assignment here is simple. It is to encourage you & to tell you that God's hands will deliver you from all troubles. It really doesn't matter what the problem is, our GOD is a DELIVERER. He is a SAVIOUR. IMPOSSIBILITY EXPERT. For with God nothing shall be impossible. Lk1:37

The hand according to the Oxford dictionary is the part of the body at the end of the arm, including fingers and thumb. The magicians in Egypt, when they saw the plagues had to declare, this is the finger of God, what if he then displays his entire hand. Exo8:16-20.

FIVE FACTS ABOUT THE HAND OF GOD 

1. God's hand saves. John3:16

2. God's hands can deliver. Eco 8:16-20, 14:13-16

3. God's hand can create. Gen1:26. He can give you a creative mind, ideas and cause you to do wonderful things like him.

4. God's hand can enable you reach you goal  I Sam17:40-51. Whatever your goal is for the month the hand of the lord will enable you to accomplish it. Just as just one stone and a sling in the hand of David brought Goliath down, you too, will accomplish great goals this year in Jesus name. ( You'll marry,build, you'll have a good job, you'll give birth, you'll soar on eagles wings...)

5. The hand of God performs wonders and we need to know that it's an extension of our hands as well. So use your hands and do great things because we are created in the image of God, we are god's and greater things that he has done we can do as well.

*Prayer points*

1. My father anoint my hands and empower me to do wonders.

2. Lay your hands on your children and bless them.

3. Lay your hands on your wife and decree over her, call her who she is and what she ought to be.(Do so even in commemoration of the int'l women's day)

4. Lastly lay your hands on yourself and bless yourself. Also tell the Lord what you want his hands to do for you and He'll do it for you in Jesus name, Amen.
